Sports psychology is about seeing and supporting the whole person beyond the athlete. At Mind Aligned, we work with athletes, teams & coaches in strengthening their mental skills, building confidence, and navigating pressure so that they can perform at a higher level with purpose. Ultimately, we want to achieve results, sustainable performance, and fulfilment by creating alignment between your goals, values, and daily actions.

Individual Mental Performance Coaching

1-on-1 sessions where we target a specific sports & performance challenge and formulate a plan to achieve your goals. Often in a trajectory.

Mental skills Workshops

These are group trainings and interactive workshops for teams, coaches, and clubs designed to develop mental skills, strengthen team culture, and support healthy performance. On-field/at the training site.
